Duracraft is the manufacturer of Duracraft products and sells to the commercial
markets including retail outlets and Trade businesses. If your business is
located in New York State, a copy of your "resale certificate" must be provided
to be exempt from NY State Sales Tax. If your business is located in Ontario or
British Columbia a completed PST Exempt form must be provided for tax exemption.
Payment Terms
We
require initial orders to be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept major
credit cards including MasterCard and Visa. A credit application may be
submitted for subsequent orders. Please allow 4 weeks to process your credit
application. Standard terms are Net 30 Days. Failure to pay outstanding invoices
by the Invoice Due Date will result in cancellation of terms for future orders.
All terms start from the date of shipment regardless of the shipping method used
or the delivery interval. A late payment charge of 2% per month will apply on
all outstanding amounts. A non-refundable deposit may be required for factory
orders or non-stock finishes or products. Custom orders must be pre-paid before
delivery.
Shipping & Handling
Duracraft delivers to 48 Continental States and Canada. We use a variety of
shipping methods to procure the most economical shipping cost and can provide
shipping estimates upon request. Shipping charges are calculated based upon
weight, volume, destination and any special handling charges as Tailgate
service. Delivery intervals are the responsibility of the individual shippers
and cannot be guaranteed by Duracraft. In-stock items will normally ship from
our warehouse within 5 business days. Non-stock items may take up to 12 weeks.
Backorders
Duracraft will endeavor to ship all orders complete however we will ship partial
orders at the customer request. Any backordered items must be confirmed as a new
order by customer.
Freight Damage and Claims Information
We
have taken care in designing our packaging to ensure that your order arrives
undamaged. Every piece is checked before it leaves our warehouse however, we
recognize that factors outside our control can happen during transit from us to
you. The Customer is responsible for inspection and acceptance of goods on
delivery. Damage or suspected damage must be identified and reported at time of
delivery and noted on bill of lading and with the driver. Please contact
Duracraft to register a Damaged Product Notification report within 3 business
days from the date the product was delivered. This is a time sensitive activity
that must be adhered to in order to file a claim with shipping companies.
Duracraft values our customers continued commitment and will offer our support
in filing and submitting a claim with the shipping company if required. During
this time, Duracraft will replace the product or credit the customer’s account
for damaged piece(s). If the claim is declined for late submission of claim
and/or lack of supporting information we reserve the right to transfer any
incurred costs back to the customer.
Warranty
Duracraft offers a 3 year manufacturers warranty against defects on our
Signature Product Line, and 1 year manufactures warranty on our Prestige Product
Line. This warranty only applies when products are used as per manufacturer’s
instructions. No warranty is provided on fountain pumps.
Planters
left outside must have drainage holes otherwise the warranty does not apply.
We may require original sales receipts and or pictures of defective product(s).
Duracraft may request the return of defective product which is at the customer’s
expense. If the product is found to be defective, Duracraft will replace and
ship at Duracraft expense. Duracraft reserves the right to inspect any warranty
claim.
Returns/Exchanges
In
order to return a product to Duracraft, please call our Customer Service Center
to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Products may only be returned within 5
business days of original delivery. Products must be returned at the customer’s
expense and must be in original packaging. Please clearly label the package with
the Return Authorization Number. All unmarked or Freight Collected packages will
be refused by Duracraft and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Returns
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Duracraft does not refund shipping and
handling charges on returned or exchanged items. Signature
planters with drainage holes CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Custom
orders or non-stock finishes are not subject to our Return and Exchange policy.
Price
All prices are subject to change without any prior written
notice.
Miscellaneous Charges
Duracraft will charge additional fees for special handling
requests.

Drop Ship requests will be subject to an administrative charge of
$15.00 per order plus a $5/box or $30/pallet fee.

Requests to pre-drill drainage holes will be subject to a
$5/planter fee to a maximum of $100

Any refused/cancelled orders once shipped are subject to a 20%
restocking fee plus two ways shipping charges.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Duracraft reserves the right to modify the sales terms & conditions at any
time. Duracraft is not responsible for any typographical errors. An acceptance
of our terms & conditions will be sent out with each order acknowledgement. If
at any time, you do not agree to be bound by these terms and wish to cancel your
order, please contact us.
