The unique manufacturing process for Duracraft products allows us to be much more attentive to design detail than is typically possible with cast iron, concrete products and other fiberglass products. Duracraft uses only high-tech soft polymer molds for casting. Each mold produces only about 200 pieces, this ensures that you will receive only the best possible details from each design that is possible. Duracraft uses the ingenuity and skill of the best designers, the best sculptors, premier carpenters and exceptional mold makers to ensure the highest quality designs and molds.

Duracraft finishes are what make our products unique and provide the realism not found in other Fiberglass products. Our metal finishes include real metal! Duracraft uses advanced technology to create both metal and non-metal finishes which add to the realism and durability of our planters. These finishes remain true over time with weathering and age continuing to improve their beauty. The metal finishes continue to develop their own unique patina over time contributing to an elegant aged look. Each piece can have subtle color variations because they are individually hand finished, making each Duracraft product truly unique.

The finish on our products is NOT a painted surface the finish is integral to the fiberglass, therefore they are resistant to minor scratches (see Product Care). Also be aware when using the Antique Metal Finish and the Antique Rust Finish that the finish is rusting or rusted, this is real and can stain some surfaces due to bleeding. With the Antique Bronze finish the amount of verdigris can fluctuate based on many factors, such as humidity, age of product, type of design and it will increase with exposure to the elements.
